We are very lucky to be based in Bradford on Avon just outside Bath in England. It's heartbreakingly pretty, has fantastic restaurants (and cocktails!) and a history going back 7,500 years. On top of all this though it's a real hub of wedding suppliers and specialists. There are so many great venues all around the town that it just makes sense for us all to be here on each others doorsteps.

Today I am going to focus on the uber-cool Melanie Giles 'Hair and Beauty'. Maybe you think you've seen it all but until you've popped in and seen the shingled recreation of a church built inside the salon you really haven't!

It's a really inspired piece of interior design that creates a wonderful sense of theatre in the wedding 'space' that MG have created on the huge second floor of the salon. There is loads of space for brides and their whole party to relax and in typical MG style all the little touches are present.

The salon is gorgeous in it's muted tones and soft industrial style. It's minimal and stripped back but still friendly with the rough hewn wood tables to sit your champagne flutes on. 

Final word on Melanie Giles must go to the staff. They are professional, friendly and frankly awesome. Melanie Giles are a growing company determined to do everything right and every one of the ladies and gents we've met so far have really embodied this. They all seem very focussed making the salon and MG the best it can - it's really rather refreshing and inspiring.
