For Britten Bride Emma, vintage style met modern-chic on her classically elegant wedding day.
Married in a traditional church ceremony, the wedding party moved throughout the heart of London to celebrate with the newlyweds. Photographer Katerina Antos-Lewis used vibrant city centre locations as the backdrop for the wedding images, such as the contemporary 'I Want My Time With You' neon light sculpture by Tracy Emin, at St Pancras International Station.
Emma wore a vintage-style floor-length lace dress with sparkling crystal embellishments at the waist, pairing it beautifully with our bespoke two tier horsehair edge veil Atlas. She completed her bridal look with natural makeup tones and accessorised with Olivia Grey Velvet Glitter shoes from Rachel Simpson and antique-style pearl drop earrings.
To add an extra special finishing touch, Emma's wedding veil was personalised with leaf hand embroidery, featuring the couple's initials and the date of the wedding. And when fitted, the traditional tulle veil cascaded beautifully to the floor from her low up-do made up of face-framing twisted braids, a soft chignon bun, and tousled blonde curls.
Using a green accent colour throughout the wedding, the bride carried a natural bouquet of green foliage with subtle dusky rose and dark blue tones emerging from assorted succulents within the arrangement. Emma's maid of honour wore a green jewel toned bridesmaid's gown, and her two young bridesmaids wore matching foliage headdresses, green velvet waistbands, and cosy fur jackets, perfect for keeping them warm on a blustery November day.
The green vintage theme continued as the happy couple were transported between venues in the delightfully retro wedding car, Peggy the Figaro.
Thank you so much for sharing these images of your wedding day with us Emma, and we wish you both the greatest happiness in your married life together.
