A very classic design of ruffled floating tulle. The 'something blue' is a delicate blue satin ribbon bow. This is hand tied and stitched carefully to the centre of the garter along with a signature shimmering pearl.
Available in white, off-white and ivory this is the perfect match to our traditional tulle veils.
