• Express Australia shipping takes 8-10 working days and costs £59.80 The charge covers speedy delivery and also bumps your order to the top of our making list.

Deliveries are tracked & signed for and insured. You'll need to contact us to order.

Returns are easy.

You can return your item within 30 days and we'll give you a refund.

The following exclusions apply.

• Custom and personalised items.
• Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Pure silk veils and lace edged veils (these are always bespoke items)

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a condition enabling us to sell it as new. 

We recommend you use a tracked and signed for delivery service for your returns, we cannot take responsibility for returned items not received. 

Clearly mark the front of the package 'RETURNED GOODS' in large capital letters. A customs declaration must be attached to the package.
