Hi I’m Nichola - Manager of Britten Weddings, and I couldn't be more proud of my team. I’ve always believed you should love the job you do, so working for such a niche company is a dream come true.
My background in sewing started as a military tailor, so coming from greens to the world of weddings was a big change.
When I’m not overseeing the daily running of Britten, I’m busy down the allotment, or having as many adventures as I can.
Hi, I’m Jackie and I am part of the Admin team for Britten WeddingsI love my job! I get to talk with our lovely brides (and their family and friends) about their vision for their special day.
I love chatting to them and answering any questions they might have with regards to their veil and accessories. I find the process of working with them creating their dream veil is so rewarding.
Outside of my job, I am very much into fitness, walking, films and I’m a huge F1 fan.
Hi, I’m Tracey. I have now worked for Britten for over 8 years.
I am head embroiderer here and absolutely love what I do. I take your ideas, draw the artwork for your design then embroider it onto one of our amazing veils, to turn it into our unique piece for your special day.
When I am not working I’m usually spending time with my partner and my 3 adult children. I also like creating all sorts of other things, with beads, crochet and fabric.
I’m not all about pretty things though. I also love DIY, plants, music, concerts, cars, trains and all things mechanical.
Hi I’m Rosie and I’m head of creation here at Britten Weddings. I start my day by cutting all the veils that are due to be made and end it by writing out cards for veils to be cut the next day!
I work closely with the Admin team in seeing what is possible for bespoke brides before passing embroidery onto our wonderful embroiderer.
When I'm not at work I enjoy baking, seaside walks and occasionally a bit of my own sewing!
