'Poppy' is a classic hand crafted wedding veil with a semi-lace edge around the train (circular part of the veil).
Type: Poppy is a single tier veil which is gathered at the top and attached to a silver plated comb.
Material & Colour: Our semi-lace edge veilis available intraditional tulle in ivory.
Length: Our finger tip length veils are 122cm long, ballet length veils are 150cm, floor length veils are 200cm long, church length veils are 250cm and cathedral length veils are 300cm.
Edge & Finish: This semi edge lace veil has alace edge going around the train. The lace used in this veil is the same as on the Luisa and Lucia veil.

Veil samples are delivered 6-10 working days after ordering by USPS, the cost is $3.80.

I’d heard about Britten through a friend who purchased her veil and also by subscribing to their mailing list, seeing all the beautiful pictures and lovely commentary on their blog of various brides made me book and appointment.
I was not disappointed. The shop is absolutely stunning and the staff listen, suggest and get you to try on all options. My veil was the first one we tried (Poppy) and it is exquisite, whimsical and everything I had envisioned for my big day. I honestly didn’t want the appointment or experience to end.
A couple of days later the veil arrived in a stunning box with hand written card. I cannot wait to wear it, and keep glancing at it when I can!
I would highly recommend Britten as not only does it sell beautiful hand made items, but also the fact they are made on site and locally to where we live was really important to me. It feels like I have something unique and beautiful to compliment my dress on the ‘Big Day’.
