On a beautiful day in Septemberour lovely brideSamantha, who shares alove of fantasy novels with her groom, marriedatLetchworth Center for Healthy Living, Enchanted Garden Events.
Samantha wore a stunningJustin Alexander Signature dress, with exquisite bead detailing and delicate lace train. It was bought at Shades of White in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
‘When shopping for our wedding we tried to support as many local and independent sellers as possible.’
The wedding ring was made by Etsy seller Grace Baskerville, who also made Samantha’s sea glass engagement ring, which was worn with intricate magnolia earrings, by Christine Ranger.
‘My bracelet was borrowed by my aunt, it had been given to her on her 21st birthday.’
Samantha’s hair was created by Loren Carter, which was styled in a natural curly updo plait, with a pretty arrangement of dried flowers in warm colour palette of yellows and pinks.
‘I my hair I had a mix of dried flowers bought on Etsy from SweetWilliamsNorfolk.’
Make-up was done by Zoe, Queen of Hearts Beauty, who created a beautiful look complimenting with a dark lip.
The amazing shoes were bought from yourheartsdesires1on Etsy, personalised with the date the couple got married, which really emphasised the couples passion for fantasy!
Samantha’s overall look was completed with a church length bespoke hooded cape veil we designed and made for her, which draped beautifully for their outside wedding.
The gorgeous bouquet was beautifully arranged by Samantha’s younger sister Vicky. It was a beautiful display of bright sunflowers and delicate baby’s breath!
‘When planning our wedding we wanted to make sure that it fully represented us; our wedding was vegan, from my cake to the wedding cake topper it was full subtle hints for our love of fantasy novels.’
Catering was a vegan BBQ provided by Rebecca at Enchanted Garden Events. The cake was a vegan and gluten free, with a cake topper bought on Etsy which was Lord of the Rings themed! Little brightly coloured flower cupcakes decorated the cake stand.
The wonderful day was captured by Sharon Cooper, an award winning wedding photographer based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
To celebrate a three piece band called the Linchpins played, the first dance song which was Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up!
