Meaningful and breathtaking, Britten Bride Corina chose a spiritual ceremony combined with the magical setting of a Bavarian forest for her wedding to groom Daniel. The woodland location provided an ethereal yet dramatic backdrop for Corina's modern alternative bridal look.
The fairytale images of their special day were taken by travelling photographer Kaley from Kansas, who captured the energy and passion of the day perfectly, as well as more intimate romantic moments between the married couple.
'For us it was so important to be able to make everyone feel comfortable especially during the ceremony where so many people had never really been to a Christian ceremony, and to our surprise, lots of people really loved that part of the day.'
Corina wore a gorgeous custom wedding outfit designed by Kala Noel. This contemporary bridal look consisted of bohemian inspired bridal separates including a long sleeve lacework crop top with high neck teamed with a full minimalist satin dip hem skirt.
She accessorised with delicate bridal jewellery from GLDN and our barely there wedding veil 'Skylar'. The translucent church length veil was positioned above a loosely braided low bun by hair and makeup artist Sandra Bromm, falling effortlessly to the floor adding a subtle traditional element to her wedding look.
Daniel the groom wore a suit by Joop, accessorised with a white shirt and matching bowtie. The groomsmen wore H&M accessorised with brown leather belts, braces, and floral pattern bowties.
Corina's four bridesmaids wore floor-length peach and floral print chiffon bridesmaid dresses by Chi Chi London, perfectly in keeping with the pastel tones and natural shades of the wedding theme.
The religious wedding ceremony was held in the stunning gothic St. Veit Kirche, Leipheim. The bride to be walked down the aisle to “Moon & Darkness” by Benjamin Torrens, a song written especially for the couple.
'Worshipping with friends and family was so special. Our ceremony was held in both English and German, and our friends lead the worship. There were so many special things during the ceremony; it definitely was a perfect start to our marriage'
The couple exchanged rings from Foe&Dear, before leaving the church to the song “Paradise” by George Ezra.
The married couple and their wedding party then moved to the reception venue at The Waldvogel Hotel. The modern barn features high ceilings and allows daylight to flood the room with access to neighbouring hotel gardens.
Simple and minimalist, the table decorations featured green foliage arrangments and stationery and signage by Victoria Senges.
The couple cut their four-tier naked wedding cake, decorated with fresh berries, figs, and flowers before the evening celebrations began.
The couple got the party started with their first dance to the strains of “Can’t Help Falling in Love with You” by Elvis Presley
Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful images of your wedding day by Kaley from Kansas with us Corina and Daniel. Your special day looks like it was filled with so much romance and happiness.
